Personal Information that is provided to INergi through the website for prompt order processing is kept secure & will not be disclosed to other parties outside of INergi.

We will not pass your details on! INergi does not collect or record credit card details you provide when ordering goods, all payments are processed by PayPal, a safe & secure payment gateway.


All prices displayed on www.inergi.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless the currency converter is selected at the top of the page. All purchases are charged in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).


INergi accepts major credit cards (Visa, American Express & MasterCard) & Apple Pay via PayPal.

PayPal & Shop Payments is a secure payment gateway for online payments & no credit card details are recorded.

Please note, even with our best efforts, at times there can be cases of products being priced incorrectly. If you purchase an item that has been priced incorrectly, INergi will notify you as soon as possible via email with the next steps before the item is shipped. Or cancel the order with a refund.


Orders can be made directly via www.inergi.nz or via our Contact form.

Full payment must be received for the whole price of the goods before your order can be accepted & shipped. Goods will then be shipped to the address provided at the Checkout page.

Stock Availability

All INergi items are sold on a first-in, first-served basis & are subject to availability. We do not re-cut styles, so when items become out of stock, they are no longer available to purchase.

On the rare occasion the stock levels can be inaccurate, in the case that the item you have purchased becomes out of stock, INergi will notify you by email, & will happily refund your money or put your payment toward another item of your choice.


We will happily exchange, credit, refund any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached & are unworn & unwashed. Please contact us via our online form & send your returns back within 10 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Goods

On the rare occasion that a fault is found, please contact us. All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.


The description & information provided on this website is as accurate as possible, however INergi cannot 100% guarantee it is error free. If a product offered on INergi is found to be not as described, it is the customers responsibility to return the product in a new/unused condition for a full refund, credit or exchange. We reserve the right to update/change any details provided on this website at any time, including prices & shipping costs without prior notice.
